By accessing and using the AQview Feedback System provided by the California Air Resources Board (CARB), you agree to the following: 

1. You are responsible for the content that you post to the AQview Feedback System, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness. Comments submitted are relevant to AQview; that you will not post comments or take any action that infringes or violates someone else's rights or otherwise violates the law; and that you will not use the AQview Feedback System to do anything unlawful, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory.
2. CARB reserves the right to remove any content posted to the user feedback tool that is deemed offensive or unacceptable without recourse for review. You agree to give the right to review, edit, modify, publish, or decline publication of your comments and agree that comments submitted may be visible for all other users of the AQview Feedback System.
3. Any content posted to the user feedback tool may be used by CARB to enhance existing features or to guide the addition of new features without attribution or notification to the original poster. Furthermore, you acknowledge and agree that any suggestions, ideas, or feedback you provide through the AQview Feedback System may be used by CARB for any purpose, without any obligation to compensate you or seek your permission.
4. You also represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit any content to the user feedback tool and that such content does not infringe or violate any third-party rights.
5. By submitting any content, you grant CARB a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content in any form or media now known or later developed.
6. You agree to indemnify CARB for any loss, costs, or damages, arising from or relating in any way, to your use, reliance, or acceptance of information or other content on this website. You agree to release CARB from and against all actions, proceedings, suits, claims, demands, compensation, interest, damages, costs, charges, and expenses whatsoever in relation to your use of the AQview Feedback System.
7. You may contact us if you would like to withdraw your comment(s) or personal information.
